Hi there! I’m Vanessa, the face behind Apéro (and the little lady behind the wheel).

Apéro’s story began in Paris a few years ago when I was apprenticing with a chocolatier and dreaming about my next adventure. I knew I wanted to pursue something creative — combining my love of culinary creations, mixed drinks, and travel. I stumbled upon this lovely apé cart while wandering the alleys of Paris and Rome. A year or so later, I arranged to have one fully customized and shipped across the pond. Not only as a way to showcase my chocolates, but to craft a customized experience for parties and events of any size. No matter how large or small your next event may be, we can provide a bar experience with as many or as little extra's as you need — including a custom menu for your event tailored by yours truly.
